While the bar may look welcoming at first glance , what I encountered behind its doors was appalling and beyond comprehension .

From the moment I crossed the threshold, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority at Masterson’s . The ground was covered in grime , and a pungent odor of uncleaned spills and dirty bathrooms polluted the entire bar . Smelling a mixture of urine , decay and illness . The bar area , which should be the primary feature of any pub, was littered with unwashed glassware and refuse that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks . The toilet was in even a truly awful state— clogged , with a shattered handle and walls covered in what I can only assume was feces.
